As usual, The Game Crafter will be running its booth at Gen Con. However, this year instead of taking your games we're taking you!
Here's how this will work:
We have four slots available, one each day (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), from roughly 11am to 3pm. You can come early and stay late if you wish, but you must agree to be there between 11am and 3pm. These slots are available on a first come first served basis. Fill out our Designers Table Sponsorship form to apply. In the comments at the bottom of the form fill in the day slot that you wish to take.
You will still be responsible for paying your own way to the con, and buying your own badge for the con. But you will not have any booth fees, because we're paying for the booth.
If you are selected to join us you will have exactly two responsibilities:
- Showcase and sell your games!
- If someone asks you about TGC, help them out. We'll have four of our own staff at Gen Con, so that probably won't happen a lot, but you're representing TGC as well as yourself.
Having a free booth to promote your game at the largest game convention in the Western Hemisphere is a pretty big deal. If you are feeling generous, please seek out at least one game from someone in the TGC community who is not lucky enough to come to Gen Con to help get them some exposure as well.
If for some reason we do not get four applicants to take us up on this offer, then the remaining slots will be randomly assigned to the applicants we do get.
