Wow F1 looks really COOL!

Hamish,

I've got to say F1 looks really cool. Do you only get one (1) race car type (Card)? If yes, well then maybe it would be cool to have multiple cards with different abilities. Like in your example you have ALL SEVEN abilities. Maybe add like 5 more cards to the game so that you have like 6 different race cars (cards) to choose from each one with a sub-set of those abilities (Power, Line (some +1, another +2 and one +3), Back Marker, Re-Roll, Move x2, Pit-Stop).

How much do you sell your games for?

I think I'd like to BUY F1 once you have it all done... It looks really cool. I guess it comes with a dice bag and cards (cars & tracks), right?

Anyhow I like the F1 game. Wasn't too much into the other Sport games. Is this a one (1) player game? I "heard" you can play with more opponents - in addition to "Ghost Riders"... How does that work?

Anyways please share more info with us. Looks like a COOL game!

1-4 players

Yeah Kris, the base game is 1-4 players but there are 25 positions on the grid, so ghost drivers (I may have said ghost riders as I was speaking of the similar mechanic in Cycling) are ever present when a back marker challenges you.

There will be 4 cards/teams with varying (7) abilities so players can choose the team they like and stick with them or mix them up each time they play.

You might enjoy reading this review of Cycling http://www.sirplayalot.com/tete-a-tete-vi-pocket-sports-cycling-tour/

The game components, packaging and design will be similar :) If you haven't been to the website, check it out. It'll give you an idea on pricing although I always run pre-order prices during production which I'll no doubt post here when happening!

Finally - subscribe to the channel to keep up to date with developments - you may find even more other Pocket Sports games you like!

F1

Amazing job on the video, and art work. How did you learn Adobe CC? Enjoy the race.

Thanks

Thanks Evan - the whole video design venture is a new string to the bow.

I've been waiting to make HOW TO PLAY vids for sometime but decided (still hoping) people may find the process of making the game just as interesting.

It gives people a chance to interact with the design too if they have any suggestions, ideas or novel mechanics to add to the game.....like an open design? Is that a thing :)

Pretty much self taught on CS6 so I'm still learning :)
