Hello Fellow Game Designers,
I am a Free Lance Game designer from India and I have been working on my Board Game for past 8 months and had planned for Kickstarter in March but right now I have been in a Big trouble as my Partner left the Game and joined a Outsourcing company for 3D modelling. I don't know how this happened and I still need to finish my Games Artwork. So, right now am still in the testing phase of the game.
My board game is 2-4 Player Arena Based Dueling Game. It can be played like a Deathmatch as well as 2 v 2. I prefer someone who can do the Artwork of the board game. One version of the Game is ready and right now I am testing another version of the game with some refined features.

So, essentially, you're looking for a "partner" who will do the artwork.
Sorry for being pessimistic, but I don't believe you will succeed in this quest through internet.
It _might_ be possible to persuade an acquaintance to help you out, but I seriously doubt that any artist would go for a "partnership" deal, unless you know him personally.
More realistic approach would be to negotiate with an artist, pay for the portion of the artwork and commission the rest after(if) your KS succeeds.
