John,
Welcome to the site! We don't really have any capabilities to actually demo a game in the sense of actually playing it, but there are two ways you can use to generate discussion about your rulebook.
The first is to simply post a link to your rules in the Game Design forum, or in a journal. Users who are interested can check it out and get back to you with comments.
The second is to use the Game Design Workshop, a forum that basically functions as a "rulebook swap". Each week, one designer puts his rulebook up for discussion and others offer comments and suggestions. The caveat here, and what makes it different from the Game Design forum, is the implied reciprocity -- if others are going to look at your rules, it's implied that you're going to comment on their rules, as well. We ask folks to demonstrate their good-faith intentions of doing this up front by posting feedback on at least 2 other games prior to requesting a slot. If that avenue interests you, you can contact me after you've provided some feedback on other games. I think the schedule is pretty open at this point.
