Just in case the increased number of daily messages didn't make it obvious, I wanted to note that since the first of this year our member base has doubled. As of Jan 1 we had 860 users (some portion of which were not active), and today we have 1727. Fantastic!

Do you know how many are active, have at least logged on within the last 3 months? An inactive member is about the same as a non-member.

I think darke wrote in another post recently that there was about 500-600 "active" users out of about 1500 at the time.

Not sure what the number is today?

That's a real good number of active users considering how many total members there are.

706 different users had "last visits" in the last 3 months (plus 1 week).

And try hard to ignore those of us who can't resist making the sarcastic comments and dragging everyone else down with them.

As a new member, as of a couple of weeks, I really appreciate how welcoming everyone is. I feel like I'm already part of a fairly close nit community. That is what will keep attracting others to us, and keeping them active.
