I put a URL on my signature and it is not showing up on my post.
I put two actuallu but thea message said too long signature.
I think the signature should allow for three URL ads

Signature not working
I actually found that the IMG feature is also not working, either in HTML or BBCode. I tried to put an image into a post and couldn't. It instead printed the IMG tags and the text. I am trying to put my email address in as a PNG or JPEG file so people will no how to email me, but so it may be harder to harvest for spammers.
Have some features been disabled behind the scenes?

I have been searching around for a proper place for this question, but where do I learn how to improve my posts? I can't seem to get quotes to reference the person quoted. Example:

You can nest quotes, and referencing is done with =>
"NAME"
right after quote in the first tag.
This is a bit silly, since links don't have them.
Example:
translates like:
Whatever... once you know...

Signature not working
Be sure that the "Always attach my signature:" item in your account profile is set to "Yes" ... and that the "Attach Signature" check box at the bottom of your post-editing area is also checked.
Seems to be working for me. :-/

Bryk -- are images working for you in your posts. I can't get them to work at all. It just displays the image URL with the tags around it instead of the actual image.

A PNG file... you cannot have any spaces before or after your http://blah.blah.blah or it will not work
So for example
[img] http://pingus.seul.org/~grumbel/tmp/cloud.png [/img]
does not work. But remove the spaces and it will work

Specifically the signature images aren't working. The signature line can supposedly contain HTML.
But it can't. No line breaks, no images, no nothing, it seems.
I was focusing on "broken signature" per the thread title. I should have clarified.

Hi Lee ...
I *was* able to put an image in my signature using BBcode (and have since removed it).
Here's what I did ...
1> Clicked on "Discussion Forums" in the upper-left menu
2> Clicked on "Profile" at the top of the main "Discussion Forums" frame (this screen will allow you to put more characters in your signature than the "Your Account" link in the main upper-left menu)
3> I used the standard BBcode IMG tags wrapped around the URL to the logo pic on my own website
Can you give the URL to the picture you're trying to use ... I can use it to test.

Thanks, Bryk. There's a flaw in the board programming, clearly. If I go through "Your Info" it doesn't work. It does through Profile. However, when I go back to "Your Info" the img tags look really weird. Inside the BBCode tag there's a colon after "img" and then there's the following code "edd14ef840".
If you don't see an image above, you are seeing what it looks like in my "Your Info" section now, which is NOT what is in my Profile section (the Profile doesn't have that strange code).
