2 questions:

Is there a DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TX form and the forms in package 108 for copyrights to a game.

I have created a trading card game. I have a design for the package alraedy laid out for print.

I am looking for companies that print the boxes in quantity. and also companies that do foil packaging. Cost is important but I am prepared for whatever.

I couldn't find the package 108 on the U.S. Copyright website so I don't know what that is. When I copyright a game I usually copyright the rules and use the Form TX. But, if I was going to copyright a trading card game that had a lot of detailed graphics I would use the Form VA for the cards them self. Form TX is primarily for text, but graphics can be included; usually diagrams. Form VA is for visual arts: 2D and 3D.

Go to the Web Resources section and then the Professional Services. There you will find quite a few companies that offer such services. It is usually best to get a estimate from a few companies. I have worked with Delano before and I recommend them, but if I was starting a new project I still would go to several companies for a estimate before deciding on who I would use.
