Thanks!

What would these suppliers say if i want for example 10 airplanes from five different colors? (A total of 50 )

Would they bother?

How do you deal with that?

Plastic for Games accepts any order over 80 euros/dollars plus transport. Dice & Games imply they accept smaller orders... but what is small? Best to just send them an email and ask them directly. Tell them you are a game designer looking for prototype parts.

It's is my experience that you can't ever have enough spare bits for prototyping. If you need exactly 50 planes, 10 planes per color, then order some extra. Maybe later during the design you decide you want to add a sixth player to the game, or you come to the conclusion that the game works better with 12 planes per color, and you'll be glad you have some extra's lying around. Or maybe you want to produce an extra prototype, for playtesting purposes.

I have witten an email to dice!

I told them that i am interested in 200 aeroplanes.
and some spinners...

What do you use when you are testing you own games.

All the nice peaces are very hard and expensicve to get!
(they doesnt seem to exist at all, you have to custom made them..)

The problem is that its very hard to know if your peaces will work at all. I dont know how to deal with this!!!

Well, we went to Hobbycraft and picked up some hollow cylinder things that are supposed to be used for making pictures with by sticking them on peg-boards...

a tenner got us easily a hundred each of a dozen colours.

We're also using money/houses/hotels from two sets of monopoly and we were using some bits from "Age of Mythology" but we're cutting down the number of types of peices.

Design the game, make it work. Playtest it. Playtest some more. Then worry about peices.

You are right!

But having all kinds of pieces wouldnt be a bad thing either.

Wouldnt it be great if you could buy as many as you wanted, like... 10... 10 planes, and 12 cars, with 3 pyramids... without these chappys moaning lol... might set up a website that does that... specially for us lot :D
