I'm curious if anyone knows how the soft plastic miniature figures that are used in the collectible games, such as Star Wars Miniatures or in the game Betrayal at House on the Hill are made? Who manufactures such figures and do you have any ideas on what kind of startup cost would be involved and then price per figure?

Any information would be of great help! In my dream world, my game would be full of figures of that type!!

Thanks, Lar

They are manufactured in China, contact Anthony Valterra (formerly of WotC) valterra@valarproject.com . He does brokering for projects like you're are talking about and can hook you up with a manufacturer.

What about miniatures similar in quality to those produced in Axis and Allies or Eagles Games products?

Any suggestions?

Yeah, here's my suggestion:

If you want custom pieces that are just that sort of thing, then I'm afraid I can't help you :/

WOW

Eagle Games, Inc -- has awesome looking war-gamish minitures -- I wish they had a bigger selection -- any other links to plastic minis?
