Hi gang,

This weekend I was looking for a good material to adhere my homemade Wiz-War boards to, and before I settled on the usual matte board at my local craft store, I stumbled on Self-Stick Art Needlework Mounting Board. Basically, it's chipboard with a self-adhesive side to it. It comes in 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20, ranging between $2-$6 per board depending on where you shop.

I decided to test it out first before committing to it. While the boards are meant to mount fabric, it did a fantastic job at holding onto 110lb card stock. It may cost more than matte board + spray adhesive, but the convenience and quality of the chipboard are well worth it, IMO.
