Hello, I recently ordered two things from Protoparts via PayPal, by putting my PayPal address in the Notes section of each item.
On checkout, it said if I was paying via PayPal, I would be sent an invoice when my order was ready to be filled and shipped, and I would then be required to pay.
Well, the very next day, I got an invoice for each item but neither have any mention of PayPal or an address I can use to do the "Send Money" function with PayPal - at the end it just said "we will not ship until you pay" or something.
So am I still waiting for the "real" PayPal-related invoice, so I can pay, or did they negelct to put their PayPal address on the site or what?

Should I go ahead and send PayPal payments without getting confirmation that he WILL ship? Like I said, I got an invoice, but the instructions for PayPal specifically said to wait until I got confirmation that my items were ready for shipping - is the invoice this confirmation or is that different?
I'm not really keen on the idea of shooting money out to someone who isn't going to send the items.
