I'm putting my hands on a playable prototype, and would like the map to look nice, so I am on the lookout for an artist to do a nice looking map, and naturally I am willing to pay for the job. I figure to pay by paypal...?
The map will have seas, cities, villages, forests, mountains and so on, and currently I've got something like "A Game of Thrones" or "War of the Ring" maps in my mind, but basically it just has to be really nice looking.
Please submit examples of maps and an expected price to work out a map from my own black-and-white sketch. Feel free to either post it in this thread, or email it directly to me at a temporary email account I've created for this: artwork@bang-madsen.dk
I'm not currently done with the map myself, but expect to be so within a month, and I'm merely trying to find an artist already now to keep things moving. :)

Oh and: My sketch is done in A3 format, and I expect to final work to be done in 1:1 ratio to the sketch. :)
A3 format : 297 mm x 420 mm which should translate into something like 11.7 inches by 16.5 inches.
