Hey board game community. I just created a digital board game for iPhone and iPad called "Fixum" and could really use some feedback from board game lovers and designers as to general gameplay but most importantly about some of the physical mechanics and touch controls. I have plenty of promo codes that I can give away. If people are interested just PM me, or post below with how I can get you the codes.

thank you so much

Nice art! Looks more like a puzzle game than a board game to me, though? Would give it a try and some feedback if you can send a promo code my way.
Cheers,

Thanks!

Thanks! I downloaded it and played 14 or so levels so far. Starts out really simple as expected for the very start of a game, but doesn't take too long to get tricky! I'll play more later when I have more time before giving a real critique.

Sorry it took a while for this. So you were wondering about the physicality of the game. I think a great game to look at for this feeling is Hearthstone. Everything in Hearthstone has some depth to it, like thick borders that feel like a physical thing (as opposed to the flat lines in Fixum). When things hit their mark in Hearthstone, there's a shudder from the impact, to really emphasize the feeling that these are physical objects in a space.

One thing that would feel good in fixum is if you could see the piece rotating as you touch it and move your finger. Maybe it would allow you to see the move you're making before you release your finger, with some indicator to show you when you're about to move a piece 180 degrees (using two actions.

As for the gameplay, it looks like there are more abilities or types of games I can get later, but it feels like it takes a long time to get there. Just moving and rotating pieces starts to feel repetitive, and could use more variety early on.
