I read the overview of the Zombie game and am intrigued. I am an American designer/ illustator living in Hong Kong working within the toy/ product/ packaging industry. I am looking to collaborate with a game designer in carrying that designers vision into a full on final product, which could potentially be an item to bring to market. I've been designing monsters/ zombies for many years for the Halloween market (product/ print) and enjoy the genre.

I agree that steam punk is a seperate theme that may not translate well into undead. Thought I like both themes, there are a few other cross over themes that could work better and be more marketable (ww2/ cowboys/ pirates/ space....) I should take a closer look at the rules for the posted zombie game and see it would keep me or anyone interested for more than 20 minutes.

What do I get out of this? I need a major portfolio piece that I can get engaged into to get me into designing for more game companies, specifically major mass market style projects. Also, I have access to several major game company's and if the initial game idea is solid enough, I could help the designer in getting the project off the ground and make some cash. Who knows? My time is quite limited so whatever project I take on board will have to be something I can get behind.

Take a look and my (beta) website for my commercial stuff. The monster/ fun stuff can be posted later in an upcomming blog.:

Are you steadfast on the Zombie genre or would you consider something different?

Not to say i can't do a zombie game, just asking.

P.S. Your link is broken

No zombies there... I'd be interested, too, on how flexible you are about zombies...

Brawling princesses?

Again on the theme... if you're not dead-set on zombies, I have a project that I just started. It's a fighting/area control game about princesses kicking the crap out of each other. Here's a write-up of the theme and the beginning of it:

I would love to have a talented artist such as yourself as a collaborator.

Game Developed

Hi, I'm looking for a publisher for my game. It's found on http://robpion.webs.com/
It's a 2 person, abstract similar to a war-type of chess, that's easy to play (for the most part). If you can understand the concept of regular chess and count to 100, then it's pretty elementary. Check it out and let me know if it sounds of interest to you. I would have emailed directly but it appears that your link is broken. This means that the invite is open to anyone.

Thanks,
