what is your idea? if you share it you might have a better time getting a team together.

your post is so short, it

your post is so short, it looks like a joke. but i will give the benefit of doubt, and mention the entire process in general, with estimated time periods on each phase. triple those time periods if you have very little time to work on your project

assuming you have carefully considered your idea, make a game prototype of it yourself. doesn't have to be pretty or expensive. eg, the board can be made of corrugated cardboard. this requires you to scavenge for some materials. it should not take you more than a week.

test and change that game prototype until you yourself are satisfied with it. this should not take more than 2 weeks.

test game prototype among family and friends. evaluate their feedback and make changes. this should be done repeatedly until you are satisfied with your gotten feedback. give or take you should stay at this phase for a few months

polish game prototype to be more presentable to the public. doesn't require awesome art, just presentable art. this requires you to gather materials and do some arts and crafts. it should not take more than 1 week.

test polished game prototype with the general public. hopefully you have some board game hobby shops which allow you to play test your game with their customers. evaluate the public's feedback and make changes. at this stage changes should be minimal. give or take you should stay in this phase for a few months

you should have a polished game idea which has been field tested after all the above steps. this is assuming you have made changes for the better every step of the way.

from here on your options are to self publish or look for a publisher. i have no information on that.

notice i never mentioned anything about managing or even finding a team. this is because a team is hardly needed for board game design. the only time you really need people is when you need a different perspective to view your game from, which is done during play testing.

if you still insist on forming a team, you will need to be willing to share your idea to gather members. there is no avoiding that.
