I need names for swords, bows, and armour, based on Greek Mythology. I have several names, relating to Greek Mythology, but unfortunately, many of the names I have came up with aren't related. Need your help. Thank you.

Greek Weapons

A quick Google search came up with this:

A little research on Google would be worthwhile.

This is why I suggested a long time ago to design an index of key words of various stuff like buildings, weapons, Skill, technology, monsters, etc. That people could use when designing their game.

But most people laugh at me saying that it should be the designer's job to make the the necessary research for his game.

A guy named Roget did this a few years back and his work is now online. You can type in any word and get back a long list of related words.

Comes in handy when writing up game stuff or anytime you need fresh words.

A long, long time ago...

...in a basement rec room, far, far away, we played a pencil and paper role-playing game. When our players found weapons and other objects in treasure hordes or on the bodies of our victims, we often resorted to the dictionary for names and titles. We extended this method to naming bars (The Archer's Bane), hotels (The Accommodor), and even whores (Sate) we encountered in our fantasy world. We never thought this idea was unique, and I've since played with or watched others who did the same thing. I wish I could remember more examples; some were brilliantly creative and very enjoyable to use.

I see the idea, but it is not exactly what I was looking for. I could still use a similar structure if I ever intend to make one. I would have liked to make an index without the need to use a special software other than a wiki. I though I could group words in the same category on the same page. If you don't know where to look, you could search for a word and find all the pages where the word is used.

Thank you

Thanks to everything, for putting in some input. I would just like to state that the names of weapons, and armour I am looking should be based on Greek mythology, and be creative. I would like the names of weapons and armour to be magical. For example; Appolo's Shortbow, or Ares' Warspear.
