Barriers to Entry
The average consumer may not be me... but I'm not very inclined to install new plug-ins on my computer from publishers who I do not know. When you combine this with the fact that you cannot find out anything about the rules of the game or how it plays (except that it looks almost exactly like chess) without installing the plug-in, I'm not sure how well this will be adopted.
Do you have a java or flash version?
Do you have rules or at least an intro you can share?
