So first of all Hello designers this is my first post and I'm excited to share with others my potential game designs. Earlier today I was sitting down and thinking of what game should I make next (having one almost done and hopefully soon I'll see it go further) and I realized that I have not seen that I can recall a Mech Board/Card game. I don't doubt they're out there but aside from miniatures and role playing systems they don't tend to pop up often.

I've just started a conceptual design today on a "mech-Building game" I have at least three primary game style mechanics I plan to try and implement but I was hoping to gather some opinions from other designers.

Welcome

Dasozi:

Welcome to the BGDF, you'll find a group of dedicate and helpful people here.

I am not experienced with what you are doing but I am sure others here are.

Good luck. :)

And so on. They turn up pretty regularly, but few of them have much staying power.

Thanks for the input, Well

Thanks for the input, Well I'm hoping this design will have some better staying power with its unique blend of drafting, deck-building and worker placement. At least that's my intended goal.
