Each player starts the game with a goal card with different environmental factors, such as temperature, atmosphere thickness, oxygen content, moisture level and so on. Players then flip cards from a deck that can alter the environment, players then bid on those cards and the card with the most bids on it is activated. This means that cards that help more than one player are more likely to be activated. I don't know if players should be able to change their goals throughout the game or not. At the end of the game (after a certain number of turns?) the player who is closest to their goal wins the game.
