Curiosa draft cover
Curiosa game in progress

Hi all,

Curiosa is now ready for blind playtesting and I am looking for people willing to test out and give feedback on a print and play version.

Curiosa is a tile laying exploration game in which players seek to become the most renowned explorer of the unknown world. Throughout the game, players set out on expeditions to discover the hidden curiosities of remote islands whilst trying to find enough gold with which to expand their team.

The game involves strategic tile placement and set collection. Knowing when to close of an island, when and where to place your camps, and which unique explorers to recruit are just some of the difficulties presented to your team.

2-4 players. 60 minutes. Ages 8+

If you are willing to give it a go, let me know and I will send you a link to the dropbox files. Excluding the rules, there are 10 A4 sheets that need printing for the game.

Looking forward to your responses!

Specifics

I may be interested. Instead of just having general feedback, what are you looking for specifically in the feedback from the playtesting?

Definitely interested

I'd be definitely interested in testing it out for ya... Just want to know, what sort of information are you looking for as feedback?

Thanks

Thanks to those of you that have shown interest! I will send you all a personal message with more information.

Regarding the type of feedback I am after, as well as general feedback which is always useful, I am mostly interested to see how quickly new players can pick up the game from reading the instructions and whether gameplay feels intuitive without someone explaining the rules.

I will be providing a short questionnaire that I would be very grateful if play testers could fill out after playing the game as well.

If anyone else is interested in giving it a go, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Also interested in play testing!

I'd like to give feedback on rules and clarity on rules for your game!

If I can get my printer working, me and some friends should be able to play test it as well.
Let me know!
