Play-testers Needed

I have spent the last few years designing a new (strategy) board game. Full-game prototypes will be ready for shipment to blind play-testers within 3 weeks. I need a comprehensive assessment of the entire game (game-play, instructional document, playing pieces, game-board layout, etc.). Include a description of your play-testing group and process, and the format of your resulting comments/suggestions.
