Looks pretty solid!

The only comment I had was about "discarding three (3) equipment cards"... It seems a little *harsh*! So I was just thinking maybe it should only be two (2) equipment cards.

Playtesting will determine the best amount... That's the only point in the game that "sticks out" for me.

Its an interesting point, I've been considering the difference between the 3 equipment vs 2 equipment discard. Some friends have said it is a rather steep cost as well. I will be exploring the 2 equipment discard during some playtesting this weekend.

DEC 2015 Edits

I've reduced the cost of guiding to 2 equipment cards, as suggested. We have played a few games with the reduced cost, and It works well. increased player interaction for sure.
