If you've already got your
If you've already got your digital cards made up, you could use Battlegrounds (a virtual tabletop program) to play the game, online or offline. The program has a Card Table feature (with private player hands, shuffling, dealing, discarding, etc). The GM Client supports creating your own custom card decks (in portrait or landscape format) from graphics you place in a folder.
