Does anyone know of a good printing and die-cutting source that can produce quality game tokens?

I am interested in finding a source that can produce a quality 2 sided round token that is 60-80pt thick versus some of the thinner tokens found on some of the gaming community forums.

I have tried and considered so many sources...and still have not found a viable source for these components...any help would be appreciated.

I am also curious about the demand for tokens of this similar specification from other designers...is anyone else interested?

I would also like to find a source for round, thick, double sided tokens for prototyping and PoD release.

The Game Crafter has Tokens

We do print on demand stickers and have plastic/wood composite tokens that they go on in 8 colors. You can see an example here: https://community.thegamecrafter.com/publish/templates/stickers/token-st...

I know that's not exactly what you're looking for, but I figured I'd at least give you an option. Sometime early in 2012 we'll also be doing double-sided chipboard tokens in various shapes.

Round Tokens

We have round tokens (any diameter) in birch plywood and MDF approx 3mm thick. They can be blank, solid color on one or both sides, or we can digitally print full color images on them. We also offer single thickness and double thickness chipboard tokens blank, or with labels applied on one or both sides. The labels are applied before the tokens are cut to ensure good registration.

In fact, if you so choose, we can laser cut circles, squares, hexes, rectangles or any geometric shape in the same material and color choices as round tokens.
