Have tried 3 times in the last month or so to ask some questions about their game boards to no avail... Arethey just really slow?

They can be slow...
I have had issues getting initial contact with them, but once I got a person's email they were better at communicating. Are you emailing them or calling?

Sorry to say but I bet like the last 10 POD companies they have gone belly up. I wouldn't expect anything from them and would start telling people not to use them.

I submitted both a public question and a direct email on their website... Haven't seen any new public questions answered since mid January....
