So I am going to be taking part in some contests that require me to send pictures of my game I have some that got taken today by my partner and have picked 2 that I liked the look of and just wanted some opinions on how the pictures look.

The game I am designing is called Spectrum Force a co operative card game themed after Power Rangers/Sentai Shows.

The following link includes two of the pictures that got took today and I just wanted some feedback before I go editing them.

The normal mode picture is for when the Spectrum Force fight the villains at normal size.

The giant mode is when the bad guy goes huge and the players need to get there robots out to defeat it.

crop/shade

I would do some cropping / shading / something to emphasize the appropriate portions of each layout.

From my experience playing

From my experience playing the game, it looks like both pics are in giant mode, with the mega-zord cards in play in both too.

Cool

I think overall it is looking good :)

I think the mega-zord should be all the Ranger colors (arm, legs, head) but that is a very small thing. Also, does the mega-zord need to be split into two cards like that for flipping? If not much better to not have a line run down through it like that.

Maybe make the tracking card numbers bigger and "boxed" so each is a slot for the cube?

It is cool to see the physical prototype on the table like that!

Except for using copyright

Except for using copyright imagery from a company that can be very litigious about their products, it looks decent enough for a prototype.

Doesn't tell me anything about the game, but it looks interesting enough.

oops i put the wrong image up

oops i put the wrong image up my bad it has been fixed now and cropped.

in regards to copyright i wont be using any copyrighted imagery nor am i using any now as i am just using royalty free clip-art from various resources.

If i ever got this produced it would have sentai suits just not any designs that are used.Much like chroma squad for the pc is a homage to sentai but isn't power rangers.

thank you all for the feedback.

That Robotech Veritech Fighter in Battloid mode prominently displayed front and center disagrees with your statement, sorry.
