No but reading the FAQ it
No but reading the FAQ it says you will get 60-40% of the royalties which means after charging you fees they may take up to 60% which is horrible.
If you go to http://hasbro.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/hasbro.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php and search for product ideas. On the new product idea page there is a file with a listing of brokers, many of which have much better terms.
