Not too bad in a couple days. 33% to 50% in first 48 hours if you want to have a chance to reach your goal. 30% is pretty decent, more optimistic an outcome! Your first day was a bit slow - but day #2 has been just as good (21 vs. 24 backers). And we still have a couple hours before ending today too!
It looks like it might be "hard-fought" to reach your goal... But at the same time it seems "reachable".

I think you've got a good chance of reaching your goal. Say 24 days at $250/day that $6,000. Add the $3,393 to the total for the FIRST 48 hours. That gives you a little over $9,000!!! And then there is the LAST 48 hours and you will hopefully reach your funding goal and more!
BTW I also backed the project. The main point is reaching your funding goal...

The first 48 was very encouraging, albeit the "friends and family" crowd putting up the biggest percentage. I'm feeling really good so far, and have some upcoming efforts such as podcast appearances and a design school talk to boost awareness. I don't want to feel like there's anything I left undone at the end of the campaign!

As I mentioned earlier, if you can "maintain" a volume of $250+ per day, after 24 days, you should almost be at your goal for your last 48 hours which usually sees a "small" surge of backers at the last minute.
Don't focus on backer counts, focus on funding. $250/day is all you really need to reach your Funding Goal of $10,000.

I'm looking at winning battles...each milestone towards $10K is a victory. I'm so close to $4K, I'm anxious to see it tick over that figure. I've got some other outreach/marketing plans, too...anything to help push it over the goal line!
Congratulations! You made the $4K marker... Although you hit that mark, you seem to have slowed a bit down with only $130 today worthwhile of backing. That's a bit low... Come on backers ... we need to maintain about $250/day if Chris is going to reach his goal!!!
