An "inverse-worker-placement" game of medieval siege warfare! Hire soldiers, produce weapons, and attack!

"Wages of War is a fun and exciting race to siege the castle game that uses a great action selection/follow mechanic combined with resource management. This is a game I see coming back to time and time again."
-Dane Trimble, Everything Board Games

Your support whether by pledge or share on social media is so valuable to me! Thank you all so much!

Good Luck!

I just saw this up on Kickstarter and thought I'd wish you good luck on your campaign! You've obviously put a lot of work into this project!

Excellent job!

The page is clear, the video is well edited, the presentation is sharp, and the goals are clear.

Kudos and good luck in your campaign.

Looks good!

Ben,

It looks to be a very accessible game with nicely crafted components and beautiful artwork. I'm not sure about the $99 level to include one's name in the rule book but the $39 price point is spot-on.

Cheers,
Joe

*Bump*

Just wanted more people to get their eyes on this Kickstarter. Ben's a frequent poster on BGDF - we wish him all the best...

Hi Joe! Thanks so much!
It was actually a last minute decision to include it, and I'm glad I did because I got 5 backers in the pledge level! Granted 4 are friends, but still that sorta "invited" them to be more generous! :)

25% funding

Ben,

As you're currently sitting at 25% funding, it's time to start thinking of what the next steps are...do you plan for a relaunch immediately or retool a few things? If so, what needs retooling? Do you make a larger presence on social media? Do you pull the plug early on KS or wait out the last two weeks?

By and large, you want to be well over 50% funded by Day 1 and fully funded in the first 48-72 hours. Other than the info here, were you out on BGG at all? There's so much that needs to be done to lay the groundwork for a successful KS.

The trailer video is well presented and the voice over is engaging. While I didn't read the rules, the game appears quite straightforward in execution. Again, it looks familiar to possibly other titles but is different enough in the game space. I wish you the best as you move forward.

Cheers,
Joe
