I don't think a game is "ruined" just because a computer plays it perfectly, as I generally play against human opponents.

Tic-Tac-Toe? Even I can play that perfectly.

I agree. That's why I didn't quote their article title verbatim.

Still, it's interesting to see what games they're trying to teach computers to play, and that they're using the computer's ability to play the game as a way to assess its intelligence.
