"Dogs Playing 'A Dog's World' "

For anyone interested in designing digital games, my nephew had told me about this sale on Humble Games for GameMaker Studio Pro. I haven't used it myself, but he codes and highly recommended it as an excellent choice for anyone wanting to design games from home. The basic bundle is free, but $15 gets you $20k worth of software, including the extensions for porting your creations into Android, iOS, and Windows. Sale lasts four more days.

Okay, I have no idea how that picture of dogs playing poker ended up at the top of my post. Could someone delete that?

I bought it partially because

I bought it partially because it was ridiculously cheap, but mostly because I know of at least two people who have used it before.

I'd definitely suggest buying it now if you expect to use it in the future, or if you ever expect to be brought into a team that is using it.

The people have spoken. They like the dogs.....

I've been looking at the bundle as well. I'm trying to get my son into programming, but he's only interested in video games. This could be a good fit. Thanks for the reminder.

But where did they come from!? I checked my library, and this image has replaced the cover art for all of my books! I called my parents, and there was just this woofing sound coming from the other end of the line. My hands . . . my haaaaannnn . . . woof woof.
