The game introduce a board-building mechanism to a deck building game, forcing players to make interesting tactical decisions that are often at odds with the strategic objectives. A play must balance its military (to survive the constant aggression or threat thereof from their neighbors) and its economy (to support a larger military in the long run). After smoothing out the rougher edges, I think the game is in a reasonable state and would love to get as many players as possible. Any feedback, especially negative ones that help me improve the game, is much, much appreciated!!
I plan to have the artwork done in the coming months, send out prototypes to reviewers, and then go the kickstarter route by the end of the year.
Have done some research on manufacturing and other logistics, still need a lot of help....so any insight is very welcome!
Thanks for the invite! Yes, I'm already part of the group :) When I say I'm from Boston I'm speaking from the future--I'm currently in NH, and will move down in a couple of weeks. I will go to the first meeting the second I'm actually in town!
