I'm Stylus. California native and former causal gamer. I've been spending so much time mucking about on my own, drawing art for my game ideas and playtesting and playtesting and playtesting... that i forgot to join in on the community of existent gamers and designers online.
I'm looking forward to talking with you all and sharing what can be shared.

Welcome, and where are you located? There are movements in multiple parts of the state to get more Unpubs etc. going, as well as some casual groups.
I am on the peninsula as well, MV. Game Kastle MV is my haunt when I can get out. Feel free to message me if you want to get together with someone occasionally, but Thursday nights I am usually at O'Malley's.
Also check the Meetup website/service for board game design groups. There is one that meets at a game shop in Santa Clara on El Camino. I think there are a number of them on there, but I know a few people that go to the Santa Clara one. I believe it is at Isle of Gamers.
