Sugarworks

Setting of the game will either be Vermont or Quebec, each of which is known for their maple syrup / maple sugar production.

Action selection / worker placement mechanics are likely to be used to simulate the production of maple sap into maple syrup. Inspiration comes from Noel Perrin's writings, specifically "Amateur Sugar Maker".

Definitely have the theme in mind more than the mechanics at this point...

That's a good theme idea.

It takes a page out of the wine making theme but is still unique. I've wondered about doing something similar with bees and honey.
