Nice card, so long as you know that the black rectangle surrounding "Land Shift" overlaps your card border. Also, "Use" and "Uses" is redundant. You may want to use different terms.

If it's intentional then it still needs something, maybe a thin white border. I kind of looks like a really fancy label from one of those hand held labeling guns my brother used for VCR tapes thirty years ago.

Maybe, Use = Effect, Uses = Charges, or you can be hipster with Use = App, Uses = Hits
