Prototype: Spellcraft Power and ambition

This is the game I want to make perfect. The original goal is to make a remake of the master of magic video game. The idea is that you are a powerful wizard that controls a civilization that wishes to expand and control the world. There are 3 ways to win.

On the picture above, there is only the map and the most common used stuff. Of course a lot of stuff is missing because most of it is now obsolete. There is 2 idea behind this game:

A- Have a lot of things to manage but each elements is simple or has few rules in itself.

B- The game have various phases so that while the game progress you do new things and forget old things. For example: exploration and colonization is only for the first 3rd of the game. When the whole board is colonized, there are now new things to do that could not be done before because you did not have the ressources.
