I do not know...

It took me many tries to even upload because of acceptable formats. I am not good at graphics or internet or computers. Uck!

All I know is I filled out every thing needed on a Misc. thread post after hitting the images bullet point beneath the comment box.

it is tied to other threads... sorry

It is a nearly balanced setup on a hex grid for game designs that need players to control a starting area on a hex grid... predominantly for area control games of some sort.
