Innovative design- Hyground tiles push together easily and make building your 3D terrain a snap. Terrain tiles come in multiple sizes for variety and functionality. Single hex, double hex, quad hex as well as other larger sizes, allowing you to create your game landscape as you want it.

Made for everyone- This modular game system allows you to create completely different designs every time you build the game board. It’s for everyone. For grid movement games like Heroscape, BattleTech and others, this board is perfectly suited.

Let us know what you think. We launch today Monday 8/11/14 at 8am PST.
Thanks for taking the time to check us out.

Was about time...

Was about time, HeroScape got revamped :D

What I'm missing, though, is the option to interlock those tiles.
Currently they are just lying in place, held together with hope.

Or am I missing anything?

Kind regards,
Kai

Hi Kai, our tiles do

Hi Kai, our tiles do interlock since there are double, triple and quad hex crowns that are all connectable. To help you see this there is an animated gif further down on our kickstarter that shows how they work.

I am curious.

Is a larger scale possible? Let's say 1 hexagon has sides of 1,5 inch or 4 cm?

Is the material that you use, forcing you to make it colourful? Or are they painted afterwards?

Do you have ramps that fit between different heights?

It it an attempt to replace

It it an attempt to replace heroscape?

Of course, heroscape came with game rules, while yours is basically only a terrain.

What does your terrain does better than Heroscape?

I did not know it was dead

I checked the picture on the kickstarter page. The pictures are very impressive, and it's very fascinating what kind of lanscape you can do.

Unfortunately, it is also very expensive for me. Heroscape was relatively expensive too. But I am not surprised since does require a lot of material.

The Krosmaster Kickstarters

The Krosmaster Kickstarters attracted high funding levels and many people backed the original game and the expansion. I didnt back them personally, because its not my ptype of game, but many did.

These offerings came with basic card standees for the trees, chests and other landscape items.

Your tiles and sculpts look fantastic, so why not appeal to the large number of backers who are invested in Krosmaster by offering your trees (or different trees), along with chests and other whatnots?

Providing they come with with flat stands, or they have a large enough base area volume to stand alone, they would make nice additions to the game.

Just an idea, but it might attract the attention of an additional backers who arent interested in miniature gaming.

Just found this picture on

Just found this picture on google image that combine both games:

Having universal decor that can be used in any games is indeed interesting, but it would probably need to occupy the whole hex if you want decoration to remain stable on the board without cliping or pinning.

I also reminds me of hero quest furniture which was awesome.
