I want to start this post by offering a HUGE thank you to everyone on this site that has freely and overwhelmingly offered their help. Due in part to that help, I am where I am today: Launch Day!

Link is below - please check it out and share it with all your friends!

And again a huge thank you to the BGDF community!

Is the video supposed to be

that low-res?

Avatars was a nice touch. Good luck with it!

backed!

Hi Dan - I agree, the vid is low res, but you can counter that with some more videos in the updates.

I've got to know where you had that prototype made, and for how much - that's a lot of custom dice, and what look like LINEN finish cards!

Always good to see a BGDF'er kickstart. Wish I could back them all, but I can at least wish them luck!

I will gladly give him as

I will gladly give him as much free publicity as I can - he was great.

Absolutely phenomenal to deal with, high quality product, and outstanding turnaround. I think he's actually partnered with AdMagic at this point to do even more refined work. But definitely worth checking out.

Now, about the low quality vid, how do I get something better with just an iPhone? Or do I just need to drop the cash and pay someone? P.S. I'm terrible on camera - I hoped everybody would pay attention to the Pulp Fiction tee...

Video

I'm hearing better and better things about PrintPlayGames. He's come a long way with that service!

--------------

On the video; even an iPhone should have had higher res-video, unless you were using the front camera on an older model? You know, the one used for video chatting and selfies? Lower res camera.

The problem may also lay in file compression post-capture. Did you process the video at all? It's edited so I assume you did stitching and then exported a file to upload to kickstarter? That might be where you lost resolution, too.
