Game conceptually complete by all accounts, but missing an "it" factor.

I’ve been working on a game for quite a while that’s gone through around 10 massively different versions and I think I’ve come across one I really like, but it feels like it’s missing something. The game feels very much like what I want it to feel like, but playing it leaves me underwhelmed and I (and my wife) don’t like that.

I played this game with my wife a few times and it just felt like it was missing something. The dynamic combat of 5-part Rock Paper Scissors is a huge part of the game and it felt like it came into effect many times successfully, but the game overall didn’t feel like it had that “It” factor. I welcome any and all suggestions to improve or change this game for the better, and thank you very much for your time in considering it!!

Here is the link to the Reddit thread where I posted the full run-down of the game:

P.S. I’m also looking for a name that sticks; currently, I’m calling it In-Balance, but that just doesn’t feel right. I had previously called it WEFA when there were only four elements, but now with five elements, Water Earth Fire Air Lightning, I can’t find an acronym that I like. The elements, in order of speed and lowest-highest numbers on cards is LAFWE, if it helps!
