This actually looks better over at BGG where pictures are easily inserted, so the link there is

The rules have been re-written - ended up in overview, intro, playing, appendix format with a lot of repetition and many pictures. The print-and-play layouts are updated. Colored stands/clips no longer used (fleet id chits are color coded instead).

I am currently unable to do the physical presence required stuff and need a design partner for playtesting, promotion, etc. for equal share as designer.

updates

A couple of tweaks to the rules and a major overhaul of the rulebook itself. Also reduced 52 pages to 46 and added more pictures. Just had my eyes say they are done proofreading for now.

2-6 players, 3 dimensions, 4 turn phases, written orders then simultaneous actions, a sliderule, off board combat arena, and stacks of little souffle sauce cups

What more could anyone ask for?

:)

--- and it should be easy to learn the rules, they really are quite simple

design partner found

Got a reply and a followup email from (oddly enough, my old post in the wargames subforum from over a month ago) a post on BGG and it looks like I have a design partner now.

Phase Shift Dimensions Design Contest

Here's a link to a design contest over at The Game Crafter that you may want to consider as an outlet for this design of yours:

Your game was one of the first that came to mind when I saw this, and I'd been meaning to post a link to it for a while in the event you hadn't seen this notice.

They have a few requirements

The game must be publish ready (as it relates to our shop, not as it relates to being finished). This means it has a logo, backdrop, shop ad, action shots, description, and cool factors. It must also have all images proofed, and have packaging.

that I do not have for my games, such as logo, backdrop, shop ad, action shots and similar items. Just print-and-play and sometimes a Vassal module.

I did contact Phase Shift Games and there is a faint chance they might be interested in one of my games (the others are complicated beyond company goals for near future) so we are waiting to see.
