Hi, the name is Alan, but I go by the internet handle Biggle Bear. I'm also a Brit who found himself in Germany. Go back a few years and I was just setting foot in this land. One thing about moving country is that really you have to decide what to cut out of your life. Unfortunately it was my much loved hobbies. Oh how I longed for my games. But rather than grow up I decided that I would get a new hobby, and after some thinking I remembered how much I loved to mod my board games, turning them into something new. And thus my journey through life has led me to here.

I have many ideas that have some initial starts but two that have gone so far as being tested by my new friends. The first is a Sonic the Hedgehog and Zootopia inspired game where the players form a team of rooftop traversing parkor police officers saving the city from a robotic threat. The second is very different. 'Negotiation cards' is a card game for approx. 4 players. Each card has a description that resembles a deep argument and the one who forms the best 'argument' at the end wins the round. It is designed to resemble Texas Hold Em and is popular among the guys.

Other than that what can I say about myself? I love quirky mechanics. I only recently got involved in community stuff online and am enjoying it. I have never published a game but it is my dream to do so and for my games to bring families and friends together.

I am looking forward to getting involved and if I can help out feel free to reach to me.

Love,

Biggle

Thank you for the welcome. Any recommendations for how to get started in the BGDF?

Post details about one of your games. Ask for some feedback or advice.

Or provide feedback when someone else does that.

Welcome!
