Bon Appétit! is a strategy card trading party game. The unique game mechanics make it fun for large groups. The gist is this . . . each round starts with a Free-for-All where everyone is trading with everyone else simultaneously. At the same, players can steal your unprotected ingredients. On top of this, you are deciding if and when to start holding bonus points, taking up your hand space.

I think it hits an interesting niche of party game which can be played by non-gamers, yet has enough strategy to interest real tactical gamers.
