7. Whoops! Forgot about re-entering start zones… Added it as moving…

1. Reduce all phage codes to a single phage gauge, with head, 3, 4, 5, and 6 marked. Combine with player turn aid and scoring table.
2. Changed gates to size/length gates, start gates to genome gates.

2. Fixed lower bounds of size gates (everything <3 now ==3).
