I have a game company seriously considering publishing my game. If they end up saying 'yes we will publish it', what are some contractual bullet points I should make sure to discuss with them, such as what happens if expansions are added on, or international sales, or licensing deals, etc. Are there others I should consider?
Thanks guys,
Tom Jolly's take on that question is probably the easiest thing to point you towards (about halfway down the page):

Perfect. I actually read this article about a year ago and was looking for it again yesterday but couldn't find it. Thanks!
Hello, I thought this was a great overview: http://inspirationtopublication.wordpress.com/the-steps-for-board-games/
Specifically, I think Step 30 covers contract negotiations.
Good luck!
