Cow Tipping is my card game where cows, after having been tipped over while asleep for generations by drunken teenagers, finally get their revenge and start tipping back.

Overview

The game has two decks and a few special cards:

Cattle Deck
The Cattle Deck is composed of cows and bulls. Players combine them to form gangs that proceed to push cars off the roadway.

Vehicle Deck
The Vehicle Deck is composed of various vehicles, from the ridiculously-easy-to-tip motorcycles to the very difficult buses and tractors.

Roadway Cards
Seven Roadway Cards lay on the table throughout the game, indicating how difficult it is to tip a vehicle at a given point.

Elsa Card
The Elsa Card is used to show who last tipped a vehicle, which has an effect on future tipping.

Players take turns playing, discarding, and drawing cards, tipping over vehicles. When every vehicle has been tipped, the game ends. Players score points for tipping vehicles of the same type and of the same color.

Status

The game is very near being ready to go. Playtesting with 2 to 5 players has worked great, with players actually having fun! Game time is 25-35 minutes, which is perfect for its depth. I've made slight graphic tweaks to improve play and have playtested my partnership rules. Now that I've playtested it with 6 (three partnerships), I'm feeling great about calling it "2-6."

I plan to send playtest decks to interested testers in the coming week. Woohoo!

I've also decided that I need to work on a more "Eurogame" theme for this, to pitch it to those publishers. Hmm, tricky.
