ahoy there, it seems like strategy/RPG's are the most talked about and played game's with the members of BGDF. I'm going to get my son (age 16) to play at least one of these games with me. So the 1st ? , does any of our members have any games on market that we could try, (not to deep) or suggest a good one to start with. I do see gamers playing some type of war strategy game at a local mall, maybe if I get time I'll stop in and ask about what they are playing.

Before you head out to the Mall I sell hand made copies of my abstract strategy game Cannon at my web site www.PyroMythGames.com or you may purchase it at www.fairplaygames.com the listing includes a review by fellow game designer Mike Petty. Cannon is not quite as deep as Chess, has good clarity and the rules are easy to learn.

Hey Dralius - just in passing: if I can buy your game from FairPlayGames then why are you still listed as an "unpublished designer"?*
;-)))

I was wondering that too =)

Very cool, you have your game for sale at fairplaygames, it's everyone's goal here (okay, some of you want to play Settlers in space, but that can wait).

I assume you ordered from Fairplay since i did not get one thru my site. They ship very quickly, i ordered Alhanbra from them last week and had it the very next business day.

Thanks you for you giving us small guys a try. If you have any questions or comments feel free to write me.

Hey Dralius, I may end up holding cannon for x-mas gift for my son. If I open it before hand I be sure to let you know. Looks interesting. I hope you don't get any less by me ordering from fairplay, sometimes % is different.

I do make a great deal less per game selling to retailers then I do from sales on my website but the faster they sell through the first order the larger repeat orders will likely be so it’s all good. The box can be resealed so you can at least take a peek at it. I hope you both enjoy playing and i am look forward to your feedback. I’ll keep an eye out for your games in the up coming months.

OK, so how do you make your company logo appear next to your post?

Toward the top of this forum page, there are a series of control-type links ("Forum FAQ", "Search", etc.) ... click on "Profile" and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Avatar Control" area.

Ah, so. Couldn't figure that out the first time. Unfortunately, my logo jpeg is 20 things and the website only allows 6 things. :-( Is there a way to reduce the things of size of my jpeg?

You have to realize that some of us are computer challenged. ;-)

Off to the day job!
