A lot of people have expressed interest in a virtual board game project that will allow designers to rapidly create an electronic prototype for playtesting their games over the internet. This subforum will help to facilitate such a project.
We are aware of such projects as Thoth, Cyberboard, Vassal, Zillions of Games and BrettSpielWelt, most of us have used them and found them to be lacking in one respect or another. For that reason, we hope to create something new that will fulfill our needs as designers.
