Does it matter wher you put the pictures on the dice?
After all it is chance what comes up right?

If all you're using the dice for is rolling to see which side comes, then it shouldn't matter. Traditionally, from what I understand, the opposite sides on a standard D6 always add up to 7 (1 vs 6, 2 vs 5, 3 vs 4).
It would matter with a game that requires the die to be tipped from one value to another, with an assumption on how it's layed out. (Such as "Op-Position" from Pyromyth Games ... link.)
