I manage to negotiate with my boss so I will cut down my working hour (from 1 January, I will only work 4 days per week but get fully paid (for 5 days of work)) so I can start designing games as more than a hobby. This will give me at least 10-12 extra designing hours per week.
I rely need that extra time. I have a backlog of nearly 60 own games (15 are in test phase) and on top of that I write about board games for a game paper and have some games that I help other people with. I have also a family.
I am in need of some help with some part of the design work. Therefore I am willing to exchange work
What I need is:
Proofreading
As English is not my native language and I am also (mild) dyslectic, I have sometimes problem with the rules. onewOrd has done some excellent job for me in exchange for game testing, and I hope to continue that, but I will require more.
Game testing
I need other groups to test a game that I think is nearly finish.
Graphic design
I can do a lot of design myself, but I would not say no to help.
What I can do is:

As I have written before I have a test group that are used to test games and know what they are doing. In the summer I have also the possibility to test children's game and party games.
Graphic design
I can do some graphic design (mostly symbols and things that make the test group more willing to test the game, but also cards and game boards). I can also help with putting the rules together (set the rules with pictures and create PDF:s) and to organize rules so it will be easier to read.

Help to create prototypes of games.
This is also an option.

The next test session in the ordinary gaming group will be 5-FEB.
Anyone that wants to exchange work (read the above) can drop me a private message, but I need to have the game before 28-JAN (Normally I will do the printing and cutting).
Currently I'm working on to start an additional test group. I have people that are interested and we will probably get together every second Wednesday (for 3 hours) to test and discuss new games/prototypes. I hope that the group will start in February.
